Effective Date: May 24, 2026

This Audiobook, Narration & Audio Distribution Agreement (“Audio Agreement”) governs participation in audiobook production, narration, streaming, subscription, and audio distribution services provided by Kepressng Publishing (“Platform,” “Publisher,” or “Distributor”).

By uploading, producing, distributing, licensing, narrating, or monetizing audio content through the Platform, the participant (“Rights Holder”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Audio Services

The Platform may provide:

audiobook hosting;
audiobook distribution;
narration production services;
subscription audio access;
streaming services;
downloadable audiobook sales;
serialized audio publishing;
podcast-style literary distribution;
accessibility narration services;
AI-assisted narration tools where permitted.

The Platform may distribute audio content through:

direct marketplace sales;
subscription systems;
third-party retailers;
educational channels;
library systems;
streaming partnerships.

2. Ownership of Rights

Rights Holders retain ownership of their underlying intellectual property unless otherwise transferred through separate written agreements.

Narrators retain rights in their vocal performances subject to applicable contracts and licensing arrangements.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers complete ownership of audio content or literary works to the Platform.

3. Grant of Audio Distribution Rights

The Rights Holder grants Kepressng Publishing a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to:

host;
reproduce;
stream;
distribute;
market;
promote;
sell;
encode;
technically process

audiobook and narration content.

The Platform may create samples, previews, clips, metadata, and promotional excerpts for marketplace discovery and advertising purposes.

4. Narration Rights & Responsibilities

The Rights Holder confirms they possess all necessary rights to:

authorize audiobook production;
distribute narrated works;
license narration performances;
use submitted voice recordings;
authorize synthetic narration where applicable.

Where human narrators are used, the Rights Holder is responsible for obtaining proper agreements with narrators, performers, studios, or contractors.

5. AI Narration & Synthetic Voice Policy

AI-generated narration, voice synthesis, cloned voices, or synthetic narration systems may only be used where:

legally permitted;
contractually authorized;
properly disclosed;
compliant with Platform policies.

Publisher Partners may not:

clone voices without consent;
impersonate real narrators deceptively;
create misleading synthetic performances;
violate performer publicity or personality rights.

The Platform reserves the right to:

label synthetic narration;
restrict deceptive AI-generated audio;
remove unauthorized cloned voices;
suspend abusive synthetic narration activity.

6. Audio Quality Standards

The Platform may establish technical standards involving:

audio quality;
mastering specifications;
formatting requirements;
metadata standards;
accessibility compliance;
content labeling.

The Platform may reject technically deficient, corrupted, misleading, spam-oriented, or non-compliant audio submissions.

7. Royalties & Subscription Models

Audiobook revenue may derive from:

direct purchases;
subscription pools;
streaming access;
bundled membership programs;
institutional licensing;
promotional programs.

Royalty structures may vary depending on:

distribution channel;
subscription participation;
exclusivity arrangements;
promotional pricing;
narration costs;
third-party retailer commissions.

Current royalty structures may be published separately through Platform documentation or author dashboards.

8. Ethical Narration Standards

The Platform seeks to support ethical audiobook production practices that protect:

authors;
narrators;
performers;
listeners;
marketplace integrity.

The Platform may require disclosure of:

AI-generated narration;
synthetic voice usage;
dramatized productions;
altered or simulated performances.

9. DRM & Audio Protection

The Platform may implement:

DRM protections;
streaming restrictions;
watermarking systems;
anti-piracy technologies;
device authentication;
download controls

to protect audiobook and narration content.

10. Content Restrictions

Audio content may not:

infringe intellectual property rights;
unlawfully reproduce copyrighted works;
contain unauthorized voice clones;
violate laws or regulations;
impersonate performers deceptively;
manipulate marketplace systems.

11. Takedowns & Rights Complaints

The Platform may investigate claims involving:

copyright infringement;
unauthorized narration;
stolen voice models;
impersonation;
rights disputes.

The Platform may suspend or remove disputed audio content pending investigation.

12. Termination

Rights Holders may remove audio content subject to:

retailer synchronization delays;
customer access rights;
subscription obligations;
archival requirements.

Previously purchased audiobooks may remain accessible to customers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kepressng Publishing shall not be liable for:

third-party piracy;
retailer removals;
subscription fluctuations;
streaming interruptions;
unauthorized copying by users.

Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

14. Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree,” uploading audio content, commissioning narration, or participating in Platform audio services, the Rights Holder:

confirms authority to distribute submitted audio content;
accepts this Agreement;
agrees to comply with Platform audio policies;
confirms compliance with applicable laws and rights obligations.
