About KEPRESSNG Publishing

KEPRESSNG Publishing is a home for diverse, boundary-breaking African stories written by Africans both on the continent and across the diaspora. Founded in Nigeria in 2019 and expanded to the UK in 2022, KEPRESSNG was created with a singular vision: to tell African stories with authenticity, depth, imagination, and global relevance.

Built on a passion for literature and storytelling, KEPRESSNG has grown into a dynamic independent publishing platform with a rich and expanding catalogue spanning romance, contemporary fiction, literary fiction, fantasy, poetry, young adult fiction, children’s literature, and collaborative short story collections.

At the heart of KEPRESSNG is a belief that stories are legacy. They preserve memory, shape identity, challenge assumptions, and create connection across cultures and generations. We believe African narratives deserve not only visibility, but space to evolve beyond expectation — to be tender, imaginative, complex, spiritual, joyful, and deeply human.

Our commitment extends beyond publishing books. We are dedicated to nurturing creativity, encouraging literary discovery, and building a vibrant literary community where authors and readers feel seen, heard, and inspired.

Agnes Kay-E’s Journey: From Passion to Publishing

Agnes Kay-E, also known as A. K. or Kemka Ezinwo, began her writing and publishing journey in 2013 with one simple desire: to tell stories that resonate deeply with readers.

Over the years, she explored multiple genres, including romance, contemporary fiction, children’s literature, young adult fiction, fantasy, poetry, literary fiction, and collaborative short story collections.

As her passion evolved, so did her vision. In 2019, she founded KEPRESSNG Publishing in Nigeria as a platform dedicated to amplifying African voices and creating space for stories that challenge limits while celebrating identity, imagination, and emotional truth.

Today, KEPRESSNG Publishing continues to champion stories that inspire, educate, entertain, and connect readers across cultures and generations.
